I hope you enjoy reading the letters of my ancestors as much as I have.
Not only have I learned a lot about the Civil War, but I have learned much about the art of web page design.
It was in October 1999 when I set out to build my site and now in June 2000, 9 months later I can finally say I am almost done. I have learned something about web design almost every day I have worked on this site, and I hope my Great Great Grandfather would be as proud of this site as I am.
