Dear Brother and sisters: I improve the present evening in writing to you. We start tomorrow at eight
o'clock for Washington, our horses went This morning and 25 boys with the them. I being on guard yesterday did not go with them.
We go to Cleveland, then to Baltimore then to Washington.
I hope you will write soon for I shall be anxious to hear from you as soon as may be.
My love to you all and hoping to hear from you soon
